1. How long does processing and shipping take?
Orders take 7–14 business days to process before shipping. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days (domestic) or 7–21 business days (international) after processing. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
4. What is your return/refund policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. After 30 days, all sales are final.
5. Are sale or clearance items refundable?
No, all sale, clearance, and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they begin processing and cannot be changed.
8. What if I received a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
9. Do you offer refunds on shipping costs?
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (such as wrong or defective item).
